Webhook integration provides universal connectivity between Spotipo and virtually any CRM, marketing automation platform, or database system, even those without native Spotipo integrations. By generating a webhook URL in your target platform and configuring it in Spotipo, guest WiFi data flows automatically to your chosen system without custom development or API work.
This guide walks you through generating webhook URLs, configuring the integration in Spotipo, and setting up filters for consent-based export, first-time guest triggers, and connection event tracking. Webhook integration typically takes 10-15 minutes to configure.

Active Spotipo account with guest WiFi configured
Admin access to your target CRM/platform
When to use webhooks: Use webhook integration when your CRM isn't natively supported by Spotipo, when you need custom data workflows, or when connecting to proprietary internal systems. Webhooks provide maximum flexibility for data export automation.
Unfortunately, not all of the CRMs are supported natively. But that doesn't mean that data can't be exported.
That's where Webhook comes in.
Generate Webhook URL
Webhook will enable you to export Spotipo customer data to a CRM of your choosing, by simply generating URL that you can then use in Spotipo.
To start out, make sure that your CRM supports Webhook integration (e.g. Zapier does support the Webhook Integration). If it does, follow your CRMs instructions on generating the webhook URl and once you have it, return to Spotipo.
In case your CRM doesn't support Webhook: Check that the CRM you're using is not already supported in the Spotipo Integrations menu. Setting up Webhook in Spotipo
Once you have your Webhook URL, simply open the Custom Webhook integration in Spotipo.
There you can simply paste the Webhook URL that you generated in your CRM.

Once you've generated a webhook URL from your CRM and configured it in Spotipo with appropriate filters, guest WiFi data automatically flows to your chosen platform. You can now use Spotipo data in any system that accepts webhooks.
