Airship is a CRM platform designed specifically for the hospitality sector. Connecting Spotipo to Airship automatically exports guest WiFi data to your CRM, enabling seamless integration between guest connectivity and your hospitality operations, from PMS systems to marketing automation.
This guide walks you through retrieving your Airship credentials, configuring the integration in Spotipo, and setting up advanced options like unit mapping, consent filtering, and custom field mapping.
What you'll accomplish:
Retrieve Airship Personal Access Token and Account ID
Connect Spotipo to Airship with proper authentication
Select the correct unit for guest data association
Configure consent filtering, groups, and custom field mapping
What you'll need:
Active Airship account (https://airship.co.uk/)
Airship Personal Access Token with Read + Write permissions
Airship Account ID (contact Airship support if unknown)
Spotipo account with guest WiFi configured
Configuring automatic data export to Airship
Go to the location you want to configure data export for by clicking on the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
Once in the location, go to Settings->Integrations and Click Connect
Get Account ID And Access Token from Airship
In order to set up the integration, you will need the following details from Airship;
Airship Account ID: Reach out to the Airship support team if you are not sure of this
Enter both values in Spotipo and click CONNECT TO AIRSHIP
Select The Unit in Airship
In the next screen, configure the Unit which needs to be associated with the Spotipo site.

Whether to push a guest only the first time or every time he/she connects
What Groups are to be associated with a Guest
Optional UDF mapping
You can optionally configure to map additional data collected in Spotipo into User Defined Fields in Airship. head over to the FIELD MAPPING tab to configure it.

Airship Integration Active
After connecting with your access token, selecting your unit, and configuring advanced options, guest WiFi data automatically flows to Airship. You can now leverage WiFi guest information within your hospitality CRM workflows.
