Each Spotipo site's portal has a Dashboard that comes with various metrics, such as Total guests, Bounce rate, etc.
In this article we're going to explain what each metric means
Total Guests
Self explanatory, Total guests show how many guests have visited your site in the time period set (date range shown below "Dashboard" text).
Bounce rate
To simply explain, Bounce rate shows a percentage of users who have failed to authenticate after being shown the portal login page. That might be either due to them closing the portal page immediately, issues with authentication, etc.
Typical value of Bounce rate is somewhere between 10 and 30 percent.
Dwell time
Dwell time is representing the average amount of time that users spend on your network per visit in minutes (in this case, 36 guests spent 38 minutes per visit each).
Online Now
Self explanatory, this shows how many users are currently logged in and using your guest WiFi right now.
Graphs
Graphs are showing various information such as popular times for your WiFi visits, guests by gender (you need to enable gender fields in Settings->Login method->Fields), guests by visits (showing how many times specific guests visited wifi).
Editing your Dashboard
You can also edit your Dashboard with other graphs and data points by clicking on the edit button.
