Adding additional sites in Spotipo allows you to manage guest WiFi for multiple physical locations from a single dashboard. Whether you're expanding your business, managing franchise locations, or operating a multi-venue operation, each site can have unique branding, WiFi hardware, and authentication settings while benefiting from centralized management.
This guide walks you through creating new sites in Spotipo, configuring location details, selecting WiFi hardware, and customizing splash pages for each location. The process takes approximately 10 minutes per site.
What you'll accomplish:
Create a new site for an additional physical location
Configure location details (name, website, logo, branding)
Select WiFi hardware type for the new location
Choose guest WiFi authentication method
Customize splash page design for the new site
What you'll need:
Active Spotipo account with existing site
Location details for your new site
Logo and branding assets for the location
Knowledge of WiFi hardware being used at the new location
Multi-location benefits: Centralized management, consistent branding across locations, consolidated analytics, and the ability to sync splash page designs across sites or customize per location.
Set Up
First click on the Current site's name in the bottom let corner. From there, click on "Add a Site" button.
Details about the location
The easier way to setup details about your business is by searching the web for your company through our new feature, and all the settings will be applied by default. Otherwise, you can enter all of these details manually.
If you intend to enter details about the location manually, here's what you will need:
Location Name: to identify the site ( *mandatory )
Website: If the venue has a website (*optional)
Logo: Your company's logo (*optional)
WiFi hardware.
In the next step, select the hardware you will use at this location.
Guest WiFi type
Select the kind of Guest WiFi the location will have. This can be changed at later point in time.
Update Splash page
A splash page is what the Guests will see when they connect to your WiFi. We recommend that you customize the splash page before configuring Spotipo with your desired network controller.
Your New Site Is Ready to Configure
Once you've created the new site with location details, WiFi hardware selection, and guest WiFi type, you can proceed to customize the splash page and connect your router. Each site operates independently with its own settings while remaining accessible from your central Spotipo dashboard.

Customize the splash page design to match this location's branding
Configure your WiFi router or controller to work with this new site
Set up location-specific settings (timezone, login methods, packages)
Test the captive portal before going live with guests
