How to sync your splash page design to new sites

Managing WiFi splash pages across multiple locations means repeating the same design work dozens of times, unless you sync them automatically. If you run a multi-location business, franchise, or manage WiFi networks for multiple sites, Spotipo's sync feature lets you update one splash page design and instantly apply it everywhere else.

This eliminates hours of repetitive work and ensures brand consistency across every location. Whether you're managing 3 coffee shops or 50 retail stores, you can control splash page branding, login fields, and connection settings from a single source.

What you can sync across sites:

  • Splash page design (logos, backgrounds, colors, text)

  • Login field settings (which data fields guests see)

  • Connection settings (router configurations and authentication methods)

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up one master site and sync its design to all your other locations in under 5 minutes.

Find Sync Sites option

Sync sites option can be found under account settings

Once you get to the Account settings screen, open Tools drop down menu and select Sync Sites option.

From there, select a site that you'd like to use as your design base. This is the site that all the other sites will sync their design to.

Once you've selected your design base, select all the sites you'd like to sync with the base site's design. You also need to select what to sync. You can choose to sync Login field setting (First name, Last Name, Email fields, etc.). Splash page design (Background, Logo, Text, etc.), Connection Settings (eg. Unifi Controller settings from the original site, etc.)

Once you've decided what to copy, Click the Copy Settings button. This will open up a confirmation menu. Once again press Copy Settings if you're sure of the changes and very soon all of your sites will be synced.

Test things out!

If you've done everything correctly, the sites that you've selected should now have the same design as your originally selected site.

Once you've synced your splash pages, any future design changes to your master site can be pushed to all locations with just a few clicks. This is especially valuable for businesses that update promotions seasonally, refresh branding, or need to maintain compliance across franchise locations.
