Your WiFi splash page is the first impression guests have of your network and customizing it to match your brand is essential for a professional guest experience. Spotipo's built-in template editor lets you modify colors, logos, text, and layout without any coding knowledge.

Whether you're running a café, hotel, retail store, or multi-location business, a branded splash page increases trust, improves conversion rates, and reinforces your business identity every time someone connects to your WiFi.

What you can customize:

  • Logos, background images, and brand colors

  • Text copy for headers, descriptions, and buttons

  • Login form fields (email, name, phone, custom fields)

  • Different layouts for different login methods (email, social, SMS, vouchers)

This guide walks you through Spotipo's visual splash page editor so you can create a professional captive portal landing page in minutes—no design or technical skills required.

Before you start: Make sure you've already connected your router and configured at least one login method (email, Facebook, SMS, etc.).

Select the Page View

Depending upon the configured login methods, different views will be available for customization.

On Splash Page, you can select multiple presets for different login methods. To do that, simply select the Add option and select desired login method from a drop down menu.

NOTE: If you select multiple login methods, an additional Start page screen appears. This screen is not editable. To remove it, simply remove all but one login method.

Email Login example has been provided in this document for illustration purposes.

Select an element to edit

Click the element you would like to edit, it's properties will be shown on the right side.

If you'd like to add additional fields, you need to go to Settings->Login method (Email login in this example). Fields->Add Field. These fields will be reflected in the splash page section immediately after pressing the Save Fields button.

Your Branded WiFi Splash Page Is Ready

Once you've customized your splash page design, any guest connecting to your WiFi will see your branded landing page before accessing the internet. This creates a professional first impression and ensures consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.
