Adding an SMS gateway to Spotipo is needed if you intend to use Phone number validation or sending payment account details via SMS.
Login to the Spotipo dashboard and go to Settings -> SMS Settings.
Select the SMS gateway you like to use and configure the credentials.
Remember to save the settings by pressing Save Settings.
Optionally test the SMS functionality by sending a Test SMS (enter a telephone number in the field shown) and click Test SMS button.
